As you know, the country of Georgia is famous for its delicious dishes, We Offer you the Recipe of the most Delicious “ACHMA”, By Chef Natia Tenadze

recipe of Achma:

Ingredients

Dough:
6 Eggs
250 gr. cold water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon Oil
flour for dough

others:
Butter as much as you want.
Shredded cheese.
1 Egg
milk

Directions

1. Mix (with handmixer) together : 6 Eggs ,250 gr. cold water, 1 teaspoon salt,
3 tablespoon Oil and flour as much as necessary for dough.

2. Roll the dough on the work table that to be well bound!

3. Divide into 6 parts , One part should be relatively large to fold the edges.

4. The top and bottom layers do not boil, boil the others 4 one by one and
throw them in the water.

5. Let´s build: put the oil in the form.

6. The first layer should be raw, second should be boiled, add butter
(control the amount of butter, because some people like it less,
some people like it more) Add the shredded cheese.

7. The last cooked layer does not need anything, put the raw layer.
put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then put 1 egg yolk and a little milk mixture,
cut it into desired pieces and bake at 230 °
